Sublative Eye Rejuvenation

For a brighter, fresher look

All about sublative eye rejuvenation

The signs of ageing often show first around your eyes. This delicate skin is very thin and vulnerable to lines, dark circles and under-eye bags. At the Health & Aesthetic Clinic, we can help rejuvenate this area with advanced radio frequency technology to improve tone and texture for an eye-catching look.*

Sublative rejuvenation doesn’t use light or lasers. We offer elōs Plus technology (Profound) from Syneron Candela that uses bi-polar radio frequency to heat the skin and deliver more energy to its deeper layers. This stimulates your body to produce its own collagen and elastin to smooth lines and tone and firm. As it’s non-invasive with little downtime, it’s an ideal treatment for the sensitive eye area – whatever your skin type or tone.

Frequently Asked Questions

by our clinic in South East London
    • What is sublative eye rejuvenation?

This cutting-edge treatment uses bi-polar radio frequency to deliver energy to the skin’s deeper layers without troubling the epidermis (the upper layer of skin). We use a handheld applicator (part of elōs Plus technology from Syneron Candela) with multi-electrode pins to deliver the energy in a fractional way that ablates the skin’s surface with heat. Areas that are not ablated act like a reservoir for cells to encourage healing and the production of more collagen.

As collagen levels are boosted, skin looks refreshed and rejuvenated. Crow’s feet, under-eye bags and dark circles should all be reduced and the skin may feel tighter and firmer. This treatment can be ideal for the delicate eye area as it is gentler than many alternatives and non-invasive.*

    • How long should results last?

Results build over time as collagen develops. It varies from one person to the next but results last for around 12 months when the full course is completed. You will need top-up treatments to help maintain the results. We’ll talk through all of this in detail during your consultation.*

    • How long does the treatment take?

Plan to be with us for around 60 minutes for the actual procedure. You’ll need a thorough consultation which takes around 30 minutes.

    • Does it hurt?

You may feel some discomfort and a warm, prickly sensation.

    • Is sublative eye rejuvenation safe?

This is a safe procedure that is gentler than some other alternative treatments. There is a very small risk of scarring and infection.*

    • How do I care for the area after treatment?

The skin around your eyes will feel tender and sensitive immediately after the treatment. Avoid wearing make-up until any redness has disappeared.
